For my Graphic Process class we were assigned a noun. We were supposed to explore all sorts of ideas and things that come to mind with this noun. We were to create a collection of images in InDesign that all corollate to one another and our noun. In this project we also explored traditional stamping. So a long with our InDesign file we were to create a physical booklet, including binding to create our book.
My noun was witch. I as a "witchy" horror loving woman came up with all sorts of ideas. I thought of our history with witches and how they were portrayed. At first I wanted to do something more Wiccan with earth tones and how Wiccan culture delves into spirituality and being connected with the earth. However, I decided to go with a more eerie, Blare witch theme.
